Return and refund conditions - Horse and Travel: 1. Returns: Customers can return items within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition, unused and accompanied by all accessories.
The return must be made in the original box for return to stock after verification. 2. Return Process: Customers must contact our customer service at contact@horseandtravel.fr and/or +33 (0) 6 81 64 69 82 to obtain a return authorization. A return authorization number will be provided (example: RETURN 2024001), and it must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned items. The refund will be made according to the original payment method.
