In 2018, Horse & Travel offers a new collection for the Pretty Bag with the Color range. The grooming bag now comes in black with colored logos. Elegant and ultra-practical, all of your horse's or pony's grooming equipment as well as care products can be easily stored here. Everything has its place !!! Once opened, it unfolds and hangs using the hook on the door of the box, the van, the truck, in the tack room. Like a box maid, you have access to all your equipment without having to rummage through the bottom of a usual grooming bag. |

Return and refund conditions
1. Returns:
• Customers can return items within 30 days of receipt.
• Items must be in their original condition, unused and accompanied by all accessories.
• The return must be made in the original box for return to stock after verification.
2. Return Process:
• Customers must contact our customer service at contact@horseandtravel.fr and/or +33 (0) 6 81 64 69 82 to obtain a return authorization.
• A return authorization number will be provided (example: RETURN 2024001), and it must be clearly indicated on the outside of the package.
• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of a defect or error on our part.

3. Refunds:
• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned items.
• The refund will be made according to the original payment method.
